School
Uniform:
Every student must wear a clean uniform daily. Each student will have a
uniform as follows.
White shirt, Grey shorts/full pants, Grey tie, Grey socks and black shoes
only.
School Fees:
Petit Seminaire is a private, unaided, minority institution paying its
employees on par with Central Government staff.
School fee collected for 12 calendar months. No reduction is made for holidays
or broken periods. Fees should be paid in advance before the 15th of every
month failing which a late fee of Rs.10 will be levied. April & May fees to be
paid in April. Higher Secondary students should remit the school fees on or
before 15th of June, October and January.
School working Hours:
Classes LKG to V : 8.40 a.m. to 12.00 noon
1.15 p.m. to 3.15 p.m.
Classes VI to XII : 8.15 a.m. to 12.25 p.m.
1.55 p.m. to 3.55 p.m
Students are expected to be present 10 minutes before the commencement of each
section.
Note to the parents:
1. Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing
regularity, punctuality, discipline in their wards and by taking daily
interest in their children’s progress. They check the school diary daily and
to note the Home work assigned.
2. Parents can meet the Principal between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. or between
4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on all working days.
3. Parents are requested to meet the teachers occasionally to discuss the
progress of their wards.
4. rank cards should be checked and duly signed by the parents within the time
prescribed. The corrected answer papers and test note books of the pupils
should also signed when they are sent.
5. Students who copy in the examination will be issued a T.C. at the end of
the academic year.
6. Students who play truant, i.e. roam about without attending school, will
also be issued a T.C. at the end of the academic year.
7. Students who are found guilty of gross misbehavior will be issued T.C.
instantly.
8. Promotion at the end of the will depend on the performance of the pupil
during the examinations. Result of Examination once decided is final and
appeals will be entertained after the results are published.
